I had a wonderful experience with Thermo Group when I needed electrical issues fixed at my home.
From the very beginning, the service was excellent. Nikita, the office administrator who assisted me with booking the job, was incredibly helpful, friendly and professional. She made the booking process smooth and effortless.
Warwick, the technician who attended to the electrical issues, was equally impressive. He was professional, knowledgeable and efficient, and I truly appreciated the service he provided.
It's refreshing to deal with a company that values its customers and delivers such great service from the office right through to the technical team.
A big thank you to Nikita, Warwick and the entire Thermo Group team! I would highly recommend their services to anyone looking for reliable and professional assistance.

Thermo Group delivered exceptional service from start to finish.  From my first contact with Nikita who listened to me & responded urgently, to the electricians Alfred and Phato who arrived promptly, quickly found the problem and returned over the weekend to make repairs at short notice and even waited without complaint for 2 hours for the municipal contractor, to Warwick who was available around the clock and went above and beyond to check in with me and to get the City to restore my power after it simply closed my case after 6 hours. Alfred and Yusuf were absolutely amazing checking and redoing our electrics. Alfred made the effort to keep us in the loop at all times and went above and beyond to resolve issues.
